Come have fun with watercolour painting under the guidance of experienced Watercolour artist & instructor, Gabriele Craig! Presented in collaboration with East End Arts, join us to learn watercolours in a fun and supportive environment. No experience necessary, and all levels are welcomed! Please note that class size is limited, and two free spots are available via an Energy Exchange (more information on this below).
If you want to register for Watercolour with Gabriele Craig, running from 10am to 12pm, please come to the first class on April 8th with a form of payment. Payment can be made in person by cheque, cash, e-transfer or credit card.
To ensure that the cost of this workshop series does not serve as a barrier to participation, two interested participants will have the opportunity to participate in this 10-week watercolour course for free via Energy Exchange! An Energy Exchange is a way for you to pay for an East End Arts program or partnered program with your energy and time, as opposed to with money. Energy Exchange roles can include anything from helping with set-up and take-down, assisting the instructor throughout the class, or volunteering in additional ways to be discussed. If you are interested in an Energy Exchange position for Watercolour with Gabriele Craig, please email our Programming Coordinator, Adam Barrett at adam [at] eastendarts [dot] ca, expressing your interest and the reason for your interest.

“As an absolute beginner with no drawing or painting experience, I found Gabriele’s philosophy of “no mistakes – no judgement” to be highly liberating. Now, after some years of her classes, I can appreciate how this approach not only grounds her students in good technique, but also keeps the process fun!” – Diane MacDonald, Mar 13, 2017
