East End Kids Pride Art Exhibition
June 18 – June 22, 2025
Various times each day
In-person | FREE to attend
St. Matthew’s Clubhouse (450 Broadview Ave.)
East End Kids Pride is all about coming together to celebrate Queer joy and #EastEndLove with rainbow families, youth, and the east end queer community. This year’s program theme was “Magical Metamorphosis,” and like butterflies, we’ve embraced transformation, growth, and self-discovery. As part of this program, we had a full lineup of free family-friendly art workshops in April + May where kids and youth explored various art-making techniques.
The workshops enjoyed were: Portrait Painting & Button Making with unicorn shannon and Jessica Hein; T-Shirt Screen-Printing with Jackie Lee from Secret Planet Print Shop; Banner and Printmaking with Naz Rahbar of ArtCave; and Butterfly Puppet Making with Shadowland Theatre.
Now, we’re wrapping up with a Kids + Youth Art Exhibition showcasing all the amazing creations that our participants made! Come by St. Matthew’s Clubhouse to see the wonderful artwork and support 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and families!
