Each vendor spot includes one 6ft table (full or half) and chair located along the path of the Southwest corner of Dentonia Park. Please note that East End Arts and East End Kids Pride Committee will be providing tables, chairs, and potentially tents to all accepted vendors. Vendors are expected to bring their own tablecloths, infrastructure for setup, and their own form of payment collection. We advise emerging artists with a smartphone to sign up for a free Square account and consider collecting payment through the app, or else artists are advised to bring their own cashbox and accept payment via cash or etransfer. Please note that there is no Vendor Fee to apply and be a part of this market, and all artists in the East End Queer Arts Market will keep 100% of any sales they make. Please also note there is no access to power on site.
- Artwork for sale should be “family-friendly” in content – the main audience at this market will be kids, youth, and their families (No explicit images/adult-themed content, please).
- All goods for sale must be made and/or designed by you, the artist.
- AI generated images or work is not allowed.
- Lower priced items are encouraged at this market, considering the main audience of kids, youth, and families.
- You must provide your own method of taking payments (payment reader, e-transfer, cash float, etc.) and you will keep 100% of the payments you receive.
