Life Drawing, Spring/Summer 2024
Sundays May through August
12:00pm – 3:00pm / 6:30 – 9pm
Drop-in, no registration required – Doors open 30 min prior to start
St. Matthew’s Clubhouse, 450 Broadview Avenue, Toronto
Cost: $20 (afternoon gestures) $30 (evening painting)
Newsprint pads available for purchase for $4 on site
Drop-in figure drawing hosted by AGA Arts. Enjoy an afternoon of gesture drawing or an evening of painting from the live model. Sundays, alternating between 12-3pm for drawing, and 6:30-9:30pm painting sessions with a single sustained pose. These are drop-in sessions, (no registration required) but come early to get a spot! Easels, chairs, drawing benches, boards and clips available to use on site, just bring your own drawing materials. All skill levels welcome! Cash or credit (no debit)
Nude model unless otherwise specified (18 +).
Outdoor Drawing Events will be hosted on the grass behind the clubhouse in the gorgeous Riverdale Park. These events include a performance by a live musician and a costumed/clothed model. All are welcome to come observe, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere! Bring a lunch and make a day of it! We will host inside the clubhouse if the weather is uncooperative. - July 21, 2024, 12-3pm – Outdoor Gesture Drawing (clothed model) – 12-3pm
