East End Arts is excited to be hosting our first Holiday Arts Market at our Clubhouse, and we’re looking for some great local artists and artisans to join us!

Calling all local artists and artisans who are interested in selling their art or creative items for the holiday season! Apply to join East End Arts for our first ever Holiday Arts Market.  For this market we are prioritizing local, emerging artists who sell items that they personally make or design themselves. If you’re interested in being a vendor at our curated market, please fill out our vendor form below.

Please note that artists will be accepted on a rolling basis and spaces are limited, so apply early! Our form will close on or before November 15th, and all applicants will be notified of the status of their application by November 18th 2024, or earlier.

We’re excited to welcome a selection of artists and artisans to our market to show off their items and products. St. Matthew’s Clubhouse is a fully accessible venue (with a ramp out front and a fully accessible washroom on site). For the warm cozy holiday vibes, there will be holiday music on the porch, and sweet treats of hot apple cider and cookies available inside. We hope you’ll come by and support east Toronto artists and your east Toronto arts service organization!

WHO WE ARE PRIORITIZING AT THIS MARKET: 

  • Emerging, Independent Artists/Creators
  • Artists who belong to our Priority Groups
  • Artists who sell items that are made or designed by them

VENDOR DETAILS:

Each vendor spot includes one 6ft table (full or half) and chair located in our cozy clubhouse on the edge of Riverdale Park East.

Please note that vendors must bring their own table coverings (i.e. table cloths, runners, etc), and their own form of payment collection. We advise emerging artists with a smartphone to sign up for a free Square account and consider collecting payment through the app, or else artists are advised to bring their own cashbox and accept payment via cash or etransfer. All artists in our holiday arts market will get to keep 100% of any sales they make.

Vendor Fees:

  • $75 for a full 6ft table
  • $50 for a half 6ft table (3ft per artist)
  • $30 for one side of a rolling display wall that is approximately 10ft high by 4ft wide
