Watercolour, Movement & Meditation Workshop

Tune into your inner muse in this workshop that combines gentle yogic movement with meditation and watercolour painting.
We start on the mat with pranayama (breathing exercises) to help bring focus to the present moment and to our subtle energy centres. Moving with the breath, we do a short yoga sequence to stretch and warm up the body.
Keeping this inward focus we transition to the art space where all materials are provided to explore the fluid, spontaneous nature of watercolour. Short demos and group exercises will introduce the expressive possibilities of the medium, all in a setting that emphasizes process and non-judgement. Participants will have an opportunity to expand their internal awareness while expressing their creativity through watercolour.
Workshop is for all levels.
