Expressive Arts Writing Workshop Series: Uncertain Times (July-August)

Date: July 20, July 27, August 10, August 17.
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Location: Online (Zoom)

This series of expressive arts writing workshops invites participants to explore the various emotions/experiences that may be coming up in these “Uncertain Times”— be they worry, fear, sadness, exhaustion, grief, happiness, joy, creativity, resilience, connection, and isolation. We will also explore themes of health, rest, and collective care.

Facilitated by:

Roxanna Vahed (currently she/her) is a Dominican- Iranian Expressive Arts Therapist and Social Worker who has been facilitating expressive arts based workshops for the past 11 years. Roxanna is currently in private practice after several years in the nonprofit mental health world. Roxanna is passionate about community well being, creativity and mental health.
