Regular viewing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am-3pm or Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-12pm or by appointment. Fully accessible. All are welcome!

The Creating From Within Group Show is on display at Neighbourhood Galleries until April 7. The exhibition features work by the founder, instructors, and students from the Art For Cancer Foundation. Attend the Opening Reception on Sunday, February 18 from 12-1:30pm.

Curatorial Statement:
“The work in this show housed in our North, South and Sacred Space Galleries consists of work by the Founder, Instructors and Students from Art For Cancer Foundation. This initiative created with love by Cid Palacio & a few dedicated souls; is an organization trying to keep the Fear & Desolation at bay for many who suffer from Cancer! They harness their creative energies for Soul Healing & Shared Community. The work created in this environment is full of hope, energy & love of the world around them.”

Founded in 2011 by Cid Palacio, ART for Cancer Foundation (AFC) exists to enhance the lives of cancer patients, their families and caregivers, by providing them with a hands-on outlet for creative expression through art. AFC is a non-profit, non-government funded charity and its free programs harness the emotional healing power of the creative process.
