From May through October 2017, the Cultural Hotspot program will shine a spotlight on arts, culture, and community in East York; inspiring new ideas about where culture thrives in Toronto. This City of Toronto and partner-produced initiative will feature a series of signature projects that include visual arts, performance, youth mentorship and employment, and more.

At the information session, you will learn more about the SPARK Program, which offers support in the way of seed funding, ranging from $500 – $5,000 for projects by new, emerging or established local organizations and artists that contribute to furthering Cultural Hotspot goals. SPARK applicants must attend a Spark Project Info Session. Click to read the Spark Project Criteria. Deadline to apply: January 20, 2017
